▼ 设计思考,Design Thinking 初步接触米有沙拉的露露与兰博夫妇时,就被他们的做事专注所吸引。其实很巧,我们是在M糖的施工现场认识的,当时银泰城已清场下班,我与M糖主理人到项目现场观察进度(商场施工需在夜间),恰巧露露与兰博夫妇也刚从米有沙拉原店铺出来,便交谈起来。不断沟通过程中,越来越清晰他们对沙拉的认知与对这份事业的理解,米有沙拉真正萃取健康食材,主食来自南美洲高原的黄金谷物“藜麦”,是联合国认证的一种单体就能满足人体所有需求的植物。替代长期食用会对肾脏造成负担的大米,成为米有沙拉的食材之一,以健康轻餐的时尚用餐理念,搭配当下流行的碎片化时间健身,让对生活有要求的年轻人们更懂生活。所以,从店内动线与装修风格上,无中生有设计也选择利用绿植、白墙、原木、小清新进行组合,让空间就像沙拉一样,可以更有料。

商铺门面分为室内门面与户外门面,在室内的商场步行区域内,做了大面积的落地玻璃处理,将最多的室内空间印入流量较大的商场人群中;而户外门面则相应缩小了可见区域,更多的做了青砖装饰与红砖走边的老上海建筑风处理,搭配上复古壁灯与水泥底座的热带植物,主门则使用可以开到最大的折叠门,在夏秋的傍晚,全敞开的户外就餐区,与外部的自然交相呼应。
