- For its new executive headquarters, CNP Vita Assicura, a leading company in the Italian life insurance market and part of the French Group CNP Assurances, has chosen the innovative setting of Arbe49. This prestigious building, with contemporary design and LEED Platinum certification, is located in a rapidly evolving urban area characterized by mixed-use buildings, common spaces, and community services.
- The offices occupy a surface area of 3,600 square meters spread over four floors, combining functionality with elegant design. The project was born out of the need to create a work environment that fosters a strong sense of belonging among employees, becoming a place for meetings, socialization, and well-being to promote professional growth and sharing.
- Tétris has taken an integrated approach, from design to construction, to ensure high-quality aesthetics, efficiency, and sustainability throughout the entire architectural and interior design project.
- The highly efficient workspaces are characterized by finishes and furniture with fluid lines and soft shapes that define the flow of the space, contrasting the rigidity of the building’s structure. Each floor has a comfortable reception area enhanced with natural elements to create a sense of calmness. Additionally, a special lighting system recreates the scenic effect of a floating cloud above a semi-circular seating area that envelops and delimits the space.
- In the rest of the office, featuring a regular layout, the operational open spaces are placed near the façades to maximize the use of natural light. Along the corridors, there are collaborative common areas, unconventional workstations, multifunctional zones, informal support spaces, and various types of enclosed and more secluded environments of different sizes. These spaces create rhythm and dynamism with different shades of magenta, vibrant aqua green, and blue, reflecting the CNP Assurances Group’s color palette and communicating the brand’s identity.
- The spaces are flexible and adaptable as needed, such as the multimedia-equipped break area on the first floor, which can be configured as an auditorium for training events or plenary meetings. The top management offices and meeting rooms for institutional encounters on the top floor feature neutral tones and high-quality finishes, with customized lamps reflecting the furniture shapes, bespoke joineries, and a lighting system that creates different lighting scenarios.
- To maximize comfort and usability, the use of recyclable and sustainable sound-absorbing materials has been prioritized, along with the implementation of construction and lighting solutions aimed at improving acoustic performance and overall illumination.
