Checking in on old clients is a perk of the job we enjoy greatly. In 2018, Jasmine Hemsley and Nick Hopper bought a 1970s WSA Williams-designed house in Bromley via The Modern House. In this film, we drop in on the couple to see how a greater connection to nature and slower pace of life than they were used to in Elephant and Castle has had a positive impact on their wellbeing.
Jasmine and Nick are no new-comers to how thoughtful approaches to modern life can lead to wellbeing boosts. Jasmine’s career has centred around promoting a holistic approach to health, championing ancient Eastern practices like Ayurveda and sound baths along with a varied diet of whole foods as part of a mindful life. “I believe that small, key changes in our everyday lives can create a profound, positive impact,” says Jasmine. “Even in a hectic modern world, health, wellbeing and happiness are well within reach.”
