The works and research including commercial、residential and public architectures, and we work every effort to accurately and creatively express our works with diverse context. 荟所Vigourspace是一家位于商业综合体的新型零售店铺,使用面积在1200平方米左右,线上+线下+物流是广义模式下O2O的全面升级,“荟所”承载了线下消费、体验、服务等多重方面的提升,在线下的业态布局中,除了主打的生鲜零售以外,还有咖啡、冰淇淋、鲜花、红酒除此之外还加入了餐饮与聚会功能,旨在通过适度混合功能,在同一空间里带来更多体验与感受,是一个综合零售形态的商业空间。室外主要一侧面向露天的中庭,设计除了解决各个功能之间的关系之外,这样一家新零售空间以何种方式呈现也是我们思考的重点 Vigour Space is a brand-new retail store located in one shopping mall, with floor area of 1200.0㎡. Besides main fresh items, there are coffee, ice-cream, flowers, wine etc.. In addition, dining and gathering spaces are also added, which makes it a comprehensive store. The main side faces the outdoor atrium. How to demonstrate the creative retail space is what we consider about all the time while settling various functions.
鉴于“荟所”这个品牌本身的包容性,我们在设计之初提出了探索这一主题词,希望这一空间能引发顾客的好奇心进入其中 Since the inclusiveness of Brand Vigour Space, we focus on the key word EXPLORE in the beginning of design, and hope that customers will enter with curiosity.
内部空间以开放通透的格局减少视觉的阻碍,而穿插其中不同体量的停留空间与流线构成了动静结合的节奏感,正如芦原义信在《街道的美学》中提到的满足人流经过的场所应具有停留的“阴角”空间才会更具活力与适宜性 The interior furnishings is open displayed in order to reduce visual barriers, and different sizes of stop space are put through them, which makesa great rhythm with the combination of dynamic and static. It seems like which was mentioned in THE AESTHETIC TOWNSPACE by AshiharaYoshinobu:the place including spaces available to stop, which can satisfy the people flow, is more dynamic and comfortable.
