CHADA was commissioned by the owners of this hotel in 2013 to provide design expertise for the complete design and refurbishment of the Ground Floor Lobby, the Reception and the Bar Lounge facility. The scope of work was then extended in 2014 to include a master planning conversion of the hotels roof level penthouses into hotel rooms and subsequently the soft refurbishment of all hotel guestrooms & suites. Further design upgrade of the hotel first floor Specialty Restaurant & Banquet areas also followed with the ground floor facilities being completed and reopened in 2015. The rooms and suites refurbishment is ongoing through 2016.
