IVAN C. DESIGN LIMITED (下简称I.C.D.L.) 是由香港著名设计师郑仕樑先生于2002年在中国香港创立。为了更有效地加强与内地客户的紧密联系，并提供更加优质的服务，我司于2010年在上海成立公司，辐射全国各个省市。
别墅位于天津蓟县国际级生态山居居住区，原生态坡谷园林景观，北邻府君山，南望翠屏湖，一派明媚的自然风光。别墅设计面积约1500平方米，共四层，拥有门厅，大堂，中、西餐厅，茶室，会客室，卧室（5间），书房， KTV，SPA，酒窖及康乐区等功能区。设计于优雅的法式风情中，融入浪漫的人文情怀，营造低调华丽的氛围。同时融合中式混搭元素，空间通透明亮，大气庄重，一派清新的艺术气息。置身其中，令人于欧式生活的氛围中，感知中国文化的底蕴。其间，当代艺术饰品的运用，水晶元素的穿插，以及光感明快的色彩运用，令整个空间更显摩登、精致、高贵，呈现一个别致的度假胜地。
Located in international hilly eco-residential area, Jixian County, Tianjin, the villa features a landscape of valley and garden, facing Fujun Mountain to the north, Cuiping Lake to the south. What bright and beautiful natural scenery. The villa covers a design area of 1,500 square meters with four floors, including a lobby, a hall, eastern and western restaurants, tea houses, a reception room, 5 bedrooms, a study, KTV, SPA, a wine cellar, a leisure center and other functional zones. The designer not only mixes elegant French style with romantic humane feelings to build a reserved fancy beauty, but also blend Chinese elements to create a spacious, sunny space with natural and refreshing artistic atmosphere. Once there, you can enjoy both Chinese traditional cultural elements and European style. Meanwhile, the whole club highlights modern, delicate and dignified taste and presents an impressive resort by mixture of modern artistic ornaments, crystal elements and bright colors.
