Paris-based design studio designed the third location of burger restaurant (PNY) in Paris’ Le Marais, inspired by the fluorescent city lights and breezy beaches of Miami. Surreal and over-the-top, playful and fun, the new PNY blends together the architectural vocabulary of typical American diner booths with that of colourful beach huts: large tubular booth-like constructions merge the seating with the tables, a design principle also used in the metal staircase which features a white mesh and integrated neon lights.
