Every city has a famous burger. In paris, PNY (Paris New York) founder Rudy Guénaire created a hamburger so succulent that the prime piece of beef begged to be served out of a prized space — enter CUT Architectures. First, Guénaire teamed up with CUT’s founders Benjamin Clarens & Yann Martin back in 2012 for the design of PNY’s flagship Faubourg St-Denis outpost, then again in 2014 for PNY’s Oberkampf eaterie. Now, the guys are collaborating for a third time to design the burger joint’s new Marais location. This time, the architects are telling a new story.
