It is great pleasure that I write this review about Ciragan Palace Kempinski Istanbul.
We organized a large conference which lasted over a week at the Ciragan with Top Executives with much success in early March 2014.
The location of the hotel (being right on the Bosporus) as well as the architecture is great. Conference room surroundings are simply put - beautiful. Meetings took place at the actual palace and the interior was very impressive and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed the location. Facilities were equipped with the latest technology and the hotel offers free and very fast Wifi access throughout the complex.
Rooms were beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and warm & inviting.
Hotels can be great, however getting great customer service, can be a challenge.
Unlike at other nice hotels, the service we have received at the Ciragan was fantastic. From the very first moment of reaching the hotel, we were greeted by the staff with our name, which continued during our stay. Throughout the hotel, the staff makes you feel welcome and part of them.
One very simple but special touch was a personalized welcome note accompanied by a wooden chest filled with stationary items required for our conference. I really appreciated this simple act, as most often, these things are not thought of.
I have spent several days at the hotel and never have I received any negativity, empty promise or slow service. On the contrary, I have had several special requests and every time it was dealt with very quickly and very efficiently. If you need something out of the ordinary, they actually aim to find a solution to assist the guest and they do it with a smile. It's not a famous line for nothing - A smile goes a long way. :-)
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone a the Ciragan Palace for their help in making our stay so memorable.
Dealing with the Sales Department - especially with Ms. Pelin and Mr. Haydar was an absolute pleasure. They were very polite and professional in their communication as well as actions.
Special thanks also go to the banqueting manager Mr. Murat, the doorman - Mr. Mehmet, the bell team and Mr. Sinan, IT manager - Mr. Senol, the concierge and front desk team and all the others whose names I unfortunately fail to remember.
We had an amazing time and appreciate everyone's efforts to make it such great experience.
I cannot wait to go back to this amazing hotel.
