Ocean views and starkly modern design will be the main attractions at Tel Aviv’s David Promenade, as conceived by Israel-based Feigin Architects. The 25-story residential tower is attached to the luxurious Kempinski Tel Aviv Hotel, which is scheduled to open at the end of 2013.
A spacious lobby greets visitors and residences with deep sofas reminiscent of the famous Corbusier style. The residences range in size from 100 to 1,000 square meters and each owner also has unrestricted access to the hotel’s facilities next door, including a pool, spa, and outdoor dining veranda.
Floor-to-ceiling windows offer spectacular views of the Mediterranean on one side and the city itself on the other. Open floor plans mean these views translate easily from dining area to kitchen to airy and bright bathroom. The larger apartments also feature a lofted area that overlooks the living area below.
