外形整體設計如水岸邊的石頭堆疊,具有強烈的意涵特徵。黑白的色調構成磊石與流水對話「自然粗野、平滑乾淨」的原始造型,崁疊表面紋理,與周邊高樓林立的現代都市形象構成顯著對比。
寓意溪水沖刷形成磊石群塊,生根於都市一角,高低起伏的磊石塊體與流暢流水線條,勾勒出建築量體的型態,在岸邊與頭前溪交相輝映,充滿了河岸紋理的感性與活力。內部與外部以動線引領人流滲透到建築量體與室內空間中。
迴流的空間動線由戶外藉由壓縮縫隙間引流入室內旋即釋放空間,將人頓時抽離原有繁亂都市中,刻意挑高空間尺度,呈現大廳空間靜謐之空間氣勢,空間動線安排也以迴流為安排方式讓人流迴流於空間中,達到設計上人與空間對話的自由度。
轉變的城市,滯留的力量,使用需求的本質作為超越空間的內涵,滯留與視線進入超越空間轉移力量,空間與視線流動於無限.
The overall design is of pebbles piling up by the river which is the main strong feature. Tones of black and white comprises as the pebbles communicate with water. The original design of “Natural, rough, neat, level and smooth” piling up on the surface and antefix is the extreme opposite of the image of this modern city that is surrounded by skyscrapers.
The river has formed a group of pebbles and rocks. Taking root in a corner of the city, the height fluctuation of the pebbles and the flowing water has the structure of a state which shines with the
“Toucian” riverside, and it is abundant with the sensation and energy of the ripples in the river.
The interior and exterior leads people to enter the indoor space. The backflow of the space is from the outdoors by compressing and then releasing the space of the interior. People will escape the chaos of the city. The silence of the lobby’s great momentum will be expressed by using the extraordinarily height of the spatial criterion. It is a free dialogue between the great designer and the space.
The changing city and the remaining powers are intrinsic qualities. The remains and the visions are endless
